Crochet Pattern "UMBRELLA" Granny Square Blanket

The UMBRELLA granny square blanket gets its name from the round circles in the center of the squares, which look like little cocktail umbrellas when viewed from above. The granny squares can, of course, also be used for other projects such as bags or cushions.

This pattern explains step by step with text and many detailed pictures how to make a beautiful granny square blanket in a colorful boho style.

The pattern includes a "join as you go" method for experienced and advanced crocheters, as well as a simpler version for beginners. The crocheting is relatively easy and is well suited for experienced beginners.

Basic crochet skills are required: crocheting in rounds, chain stitches, single crochet, half and double crochet, treble crochet, front post double crochet, as well as increases and decreases.
