What can I buy in this shop?
At Elealinda-Design, you receive digital crochet patterns as PDF files. You are buying a do-it-yourself pattern, not a finished crocheted item. No printed patterns are sent. The product description for each item states which files and language versions are included.
Do I need a special device or program?
You do not need an e-book reader. The PDF files can be opened on a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a PDF app and printed if needed. A suitable app is often already installed. Alternatively, you can use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, for example.
How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your purchase will be displayed at checkout. You can find an overview and information about all available payment methods on the Payment Methods page.
How will I receive my pattern?
After successful payment, you will receive an email with your download links at the email address provided during purchase. You can use it to download your files. Please save them permanently on your device and preferably create a backup copy as well, because for security and copyright reasons, downloads are limited to 10.
The download email hasn't arrived. What can I do?
Please first check your spam or junk mail folder and the email address provided during purchase. If you cannot find the message, write to me at info@elealinda-design.de. Please include your order number and the email address used during purchase if possible. Please do not send payment details or passwords.
How do I open a ZIP file?
Due to file sizes, most downloads are grouped as ZIP files. A ZIP file is a package that can contain multiple files, for example, the PDF patterns in different languages. Unzip it first and then open the desired PDF.
On a Windows computer
Save the ZIP file. Right-click on it and select "Extract All". Then open the unzipped folder and the desired PDF file inside.
On a Mac
Save the ZIP file and open it with a double-click. Then open the unzipped folder and the desired PDF file.
On an iPhone or iPad
Save the ZIP file in the "Files" app, for example in "Downloads". Open the "Files" app and tap on the ZIP file. Then open the unzipped folder and select the desired PDF. You can also save ZIP files directly to storage locations such as Google Drive or Dropbox and then unzip them later.
On an Android phone or tablet
Save the ZIP file and open it in your file manager, for example "Files", "Files", or "My Files". Tap on the ZIP file and select "Extract" or "Unzip" if needed. Then open the desired PDF. The names and steps may vary depending on the device and app.
How often can I open my files?
You can open and print already downloaded and saved PDF files on your device again and again without downloading them again from the shop. For re-downloads, please refer to the information in your download email or on the download page. Therefore, please keep your files safe.
The download or opening is not working. What can I do?
Check whether the file was fully downloaded. For a ZIP file, please unzip it first and open the PDF from the unzipped folder. If it still does not work, write to me at info@elealinda-design.de. Please state your order number, your device, and the error message displayed so that I can help you specifically.
