Crochet Pattern Dreamcatcher Mexican Beauty Dreamcatcher

With this pattern, you can crochet unique wall decorations in the style of dreamcatchers in two sizes with ring diameters of 15 and 20 cm, reminiscent of a Mexican icon and artist. You can choose the hair color, flowers, and leaves according to your preferences.

The digital PDF crochet pattern "Mexican Beauty" includes 20 pages with step-by-step instructions and many detailed photos. It guides you from crocheting the face and appliqués, through embroidering the facial details, to mounting it in the metal ring and making and attaching the tassels.

Also suitable for experienced beginners. Patience is required for the facial details, and sometimes it takes several tries. Basic skills are required: crocheting in rounds, chain stitches, single crochet, half and double crochet, as well as increases.

A finished dreamcatcher has a diameter of 15 or 20 cm. The length depends on the charms and decoration.

Required materials:

• For the small dreamcatcher: 2.5 mm crochet hook and metal ring with a diameter of 15 cm
• For the large dreamcatcher: 3 mm crochet hook and metal ring with a diameter of 20 cm
• Mercerized combed cotton yarns or yarn scraps, e.g., Catania, Catona, or Cotton Quick
• Beige, apricot, or natural for the base and face, red or pink for the lips, black or dark brown for the hair, eyes, and eyebrows, green for the leaves, as well as colors of your choice for the flowers and earrings
• Tapestry needle and hot glue gun
• Optional: Stitch markers or a contrasting yarn thread
• Optional: Beads or bead caps for decorating the tassels
