Crochet Pattern Colorful Stars

This detailed crochet pattern makes colorful, softly stuffed stars. They are suitable as bag charms, keychains, decorative ornaments and Christmas tree decorations, or as appliqués on clothing and bags.

Crocheting the stars is very easy and especially suitable for crochet beginners. Basic skills should be available: chain stitches, half and double crochet stitches, as well as increases.

The PDF pattern includes 8 pages with numerous color illustrations that describe and illustrate each step in detail.

The finished stars have a diameter of approximately 7 to 8 cm, depending on the hook size.

Materials needed:

• Cotton yarn/remnants (my recommendation: Cotton Quick by Gründl; Limone by Schoeller & Stahl; Capri by KATIA) 
• Craft cotton/stuffing cotton 
• Crochet hook size 2.5 or 3 (those who crochet too loosely should choose 2.5) 
• Darning needle 
• Hanging loops/cord and beads as desired
