Crochet pattern for a crossbody bag

With the “Geominis” crochet pattern, you can make small bag charms, keychains, or pincushions in three geometric shapes: circle, triangle, and square.

Whether in bright colors or matching your favorite bag, choose the shape and colors to suit your taste. With the hanging loops and beads, the Geominis become charms; without these extras, they make great small pincushions.

The crochet is easy and is especially suitable for beginners with basic skills. You should already know chain stitches as well as half and double crochet stitches.

The PDF pattern is 7 pages long and includes many color illustrations that describe and illustrate each step in detail.

Dimensions: The finished charms or pincushions are approximately 7–8 cm in diameter and about 2 cm thick.

Materials needed:

• Mercerized combed cotton yarn/remnants (my recommendation: CATANIA by Schachenmayr; Limone by Schoeller & Stahl; Capri by KATIA – all equally suitable)
• Craft cotton/stuffing cotton
• Crochet hook size 2.5 or 3 (if you crochet very loosely, you should choose 2.5) 
• optional hanging loops and beads
